  i am 33 years old and have a problem with premature ejaculation. this is very frustrating. It happens very quickly. what causes this and how can i stop it from happening?
Dear Steve:
An addendum after speaking with a Urology colleague:
Condoms, one or two, reduce the rapidity of stimulation and prolong the time to ejaculation.
Therapy by a trained sex counsellor can be helpful if both husband and wife participate.
