we had two boys, the last one about five years ago,
in that time my wife did fallopian ligadure.
now, we changed our mind and we want to have another baby.
but we want a baby girl.
there any possibility to do something and have 1000% sure to have a baby girl?
could you help us with any additional information?

Currently it is not standard practice in the U.S. to use assisted reproductive techniques (or any other technique) for sex selection, unless there is a compelling medical reason to do so (e.g. mother is a carrier of an X-linked recessive condition such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy).
