How do you know if you are having a miscarriage.
I do not know for sure if I AM pregnant, there is the possibility.
But It is too early to have my period and I do, so I was wondering if the bleeding could be a miscarriage.

Dear Jamie:
A miscarriage is the loss of a pregnancy: bleeding that begins before the menstrual period is due is rarely due to the pregnancy establishing itself (implantation bleeding) and most often from a shortened menstrual cycle which many ladies experience on a random basis.
Miscarriage is diagnosed when a lady who is known to be pregnant experiences bleeding, usually with cramping discomfort, and she passes the pregnancy tissue through the cervix.
