hit the I am too uncomfortable to sleep phase :( I think I only got 3-4 hours of sleep last night. Just about everything hurts when I lay down and no amount of pillows tucked here and there seem to help. By the off chance that I find a comfy position it never fails that I then have to pee. 50 more days to go ugh.
See the unisom does.t work on me...ans Benadryl used to knock me out for 8 hours n now only works for about 3 since becoming pregnant. Hip pains from laying on them so long I think is my issue...any ideas on how to deal?
I'm actually allergic to Bendryl as crazy as that is. My hips are the worst part too. When I wake up in the middle of the night I have to stand for a minute before I can even walk. It doesn't help my siactic nerve is acting up as well.
I had a massage too..but around here, they won't really give u a real therapeutic one wile u are preggo...so I didn't really get what I wanted! I have been sleeping on my couch for the last month with about 6 pillows strategically placed..lol..but I have been sleeping better like that. Hang in there girls..we are getting there :)
