labor?
I really think im in labor. Having coontractions for a few hours. They pick up but slow down again. Not too painful maybe a 2 out of 10 on pain scale. No water broke. I hate to go to hosp to be sent home wat should i do?

Lots of back pain and belly like period cramping. Lil bit of spotting hurts worse to walk. Barely got the dishes done my back was killin me. I have doc appt in the mornin.

They dont stoo definatly minimum 5 minutes and max 10 . No i didnt lose plug though

Good luck! Just try to relax. When they are about 10 min apart go in. Have you lost your plug yet?

If they aren't consistent and aren't too painful they are probably just BH.
They have been as close as 3 minutes apart but not consistant
You are probably fine to stay home. Most Dr will tell you to come in when they are 10 minutes apart.
