I'm pregnant with my third and I have had pain in my hips, back, and lower belly/ pubic bone since about 16 weeks. My Dr assures me its all normal and is due to this being my third pregnancy and because I am 9 years older then the last time I was pregnant.

The cramps I have had since 6 weeks. I'm a Ftm, and didnt know that wasn't normal. I have a fibroid that is causing most of my issues though. When I know its ligament pain vs the fibroid, I try using salon pas or tiger balm on my lower back and hips. It helps a tiny bit....enough to take the edge off. O also go sit in the hot tub for about 30 minutes. The temp we lowered to 99 degrees and doc said it was ok. If your Dr isn't listening, I tend to agree and think maybe you should look into a new doctor.

I'm sorry your not feeling to good this time around. I have them same problems with my hips. My Dr narrowed it down to them widening. And I didn't have it as bad last time. Cramping maybe due to ligaments stretching. They say with each pregnancy cramps are a little more painful..
I've gone thru 3 drs this pregnancy and finally found one that is a little more understanding. Maybe you need a new Dr. After all its his job to listen to the needs of their patients and do what ever it takes to make sure they feel better and under stand what's going on with their bodies. Especially while pregnant.
Try doing some stretching to help your hips. Massages help too. You can look into a hip support belt and maybe even a belly support to help the cramps. They work wonders :-) .
As for baby not moving,  I think its normal for 20 weeks. I'm having twins and barely started feeling them around 20 weeks. It should be soon tho. 20 weeks baby is still pretty small and has lots of room still. Have you tried drinking something sweet and cold and laying down on your left side?
