You can upload photos by clicking on the “Add Photo” link. This link is available when posting on a forum or when wanting to upload a picture to a photo album on your profile page.

"Inappropriate" photos can be reported, just as an inappropriate or spam posts can be reported. Please note that most of the doctors on the Expert forums will not take the time to look at photos since it's hard for them to determine much, if anything, about a condition just from a photo accompanying a post.
