Am i in the right place?

If i were to tell you that i need help with getting out of my room, in other words i am anti-social, would i be asking for advice in the right place here? Is there a specific forum for it, or would it classify under teen depression, or am i ok in this community?

it may fall in to anxiety and we have an anxiety forum on MH   you can always once you are used to the  format, form your own group and call it the anti social group, and invite any members you chose who may be interested in joining ..

Hi there. Thanks for your replies. I have had a look around, but i wasnt sure whether being 'anti social', fell under what catigory. I think i will stick with the teen depression community for this one though.
Thanks again. :)

Hi there and welcome to med help.  Well, sure---  you can post here OR there absolutely is a teen forum or if you feel like you have anxiety and that is why you stay 'in', then you could check out the anxiety forum.  There are lots of forums and lots of people to talk to on any one or all of them.  So post anywhere you choose and on as many forums as you choose.

Welcome to med help.
