lol... it's true, I'm 112 lbs. and not anywhere near being overweight... it's just that I have this weirdness that makes me think that I'm overweight!

The hard one for me - "Dont be overly concerned about your weight, it's just a number" especially because I've gained a bit of weight (about 10kgs) in the past 10 weeks or so.  All because of my thyroid.....hopefully it will all return to normal relatively soon!!!

the easy one - "laugh often"...I laugh ALOT!!! :)
