Low T or Hypothyroidism

Hello,
I am 27yo and have been working with my Dr to figure out why I feel so bad. Some of my symptoms:

No desire to do ANYTHING.
Always feeling exhausted
In a fog most days
Muscle weakness and loss
Weight gain and loss
Concentration issues

I have done lots of blood work of the dr and my T levels are around 140-170 which I know is very low, but my T4 Free is around 0.95-1.10 which is in the normal range.

So here's my question, my parents think I have Hypothyroidism (which might be a possibility) me and the Drs think It's the Low T for obvious reasons. Is there a way it could be both conditions, if not should I continue seeking TRT or Thyroid Therapy? ( I'm currently not on either therapies, but looking at the options )

Thanks,
Thomas
