Mental Pictures

Just saw my good friend unconcious. One moment she is in my arms and the next moment she is on the bathroom floor alongside my other friend and blocked by the principal telling me to move away. How do you get the mental pictures out of your head? The pictures of an injured and badly bleeding friend on a stretcher.

I only saw her asleep for a matter of seconds and I haven't heard from her since. Help. :'(

And now you can't get in touch with the girl to see if she is alright?  It is hard to see something like that and it feels traumatic.  Especially if we are vulnerable to anxiety.  If she is a friend, can you give the family a call to see how she is doing?  Otherwise, if you are dreaming about it, it is just a way for your subconsious to work out your emotions surrounding it.  

Would your parents be open to you seeing a therapist?  Just wondering.  it could be nice for  you to have someone to talk to.  good luck
