Obama Tax question

I heard Obama speak not too long ago, it may have been during the last debate, and he said if you make under $200,000 that your taxes would not go up. I played this off as a slip, but today I heard a snipit of one of his rallies and he said it again. The I heard Biden say, today, that the middle class is anyone that makes under $150,000 a year. So, all you Obama people, what's the deal? Who is the middle class and when Obama's tax hits the congress what will the cut off be? $150,000, $200,000 or $250,000? Is it possable at this rate it will be $50,000?

plus if you plug his numbers in they dont add up.he says 95% of the people will get a tax cut..well 30 % of those people he is talking about do not pay any taxes now?????? plus with the programs he wants to install how is he going to pay for them?? i went to his web site several times and the numbers just dont compute.. but his supporters says they will work.. are they lemmings?????

I heard this too.  What I heard was ....it's 250 family and 150 individual.  Something like that, I was confused also.   As far as the 95%  ...it is 95% of tax payers will have lower taxes.

Well Mary, I would like to agree with you here and have paid close attention to what Obama said. He does not say 95% of tax payers he says 95% of workers, that is straight from his website. There is a difference, a big one.
