Six Golden Rules of F***ing

These rules are so true.

1.      F***ing once a week is good for your health, but its harmful if done every day.

2.    F***ing gives proper relaxation for your mind & body.

3.     F***ing refreshes you.

4.    After F***ing dont eat too much; go for more liquids.

5.     Try to do f***ing in bed cause it can save your valuable energy.

6.    F***ing can even reduce your cholestrol level.

So remember:

FASTING is good for your health, and may God cleanse your Dirty Mind.

I didnt know that rahim are you fasting now ?

The duration our fasting ( no drinking nor eating ) is from sun set to sun down, I am not fasting now.
This year the period of Fasting month ( Ramadan Month ( Fasting Arabic month)) will be in the middle of summer ( because Arabic year is 355 days, therefore Ramadan moves by 10 days among the seasons) which will be so hard. I used to fast but these days I am drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day and I don't believe not drinking water from sun set to sun down would be helpful to my health during Ramadan. So with God's permeation I won't fast during this this summer.
