I have decided to keep my energy up by riding an exercise bike 15km every morning,then I have a session with a personal trainer doing weights or cardio every Mon,Wed and Fri,then on Tue and Thur I do boxing,I'm 48 a grandmother and fitter and healthier now than I have ever been.I intend to stay active forever
