What TV Shows can you watch reruns of over and over.
What TV shows can you watch reruns over and over again. Here is my list, they are mostly the good-old time ones.
I Love Lucy
Leave it to Beaver (this one I can really relate to with two boys!)
The **** Van Dyke Show
Father Knows Best
My Three Sons (anybody remember that one??)
Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet
Timmy and Lassie
My Friend Flicka
Little House on the Prairie
Touched by and Angel
There are lots more, but, I cannot think of them right now.
I just like the old shows where the father is portrayed as loving and wise, rather than someone to be laughed at -- as is often (usually) the way dads are portrayed now. And the mothers were ladies.
Oh I know exactly what you mean! I hate how they portray the fathers and husbands as idiots now! Gosh, I think you named all my favorites!
I used to love Little House on the Prairie!
Touched by an Angel
It's a Miracle
Murder She Wrote
When I was a young teen I actually liked Fantasy Island and The Love Boat, lol.
Hm, can't think of anymore at this moment. I might add on more later! I think you listed all my favorites anyway!
Oh yeah! I forgot about Bewitched. I used to like that show. I always wished I could just twitch my nose and get what I wanted! Lol. I hate that they made a new movie on Bewitched. It seems every time they try to make a modern movie out of an old show it flops. Like The Brady Bunch. Oh yeah, I liked The Brady Bunch too!
This is fun, I also just remembered the Brady Bunch.
I agree April, it seems like most of the good old shows are ruined when they re-make them. I love the 1965 version of "That Darn Cat" but, I sure did not care for the new one. I say if it is good, leave it alone.
Which reminds me, for movies, I love
That Darn Cat 1965
The Ugly Daschound
Lady and the Tramp
Mr. Blandings Builds His Dreamhouse
And a whole lot more, but, it would fill the entire forum. Just surfice it to say, they are all the "old time ones" again. He He
Everybody Loves Raymond is hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL LOL LOL
I Dream of Jeanie was great too!
PK, yes, I'm watching my novela right now, it's almost over LOL
I like Fernando Colunga LOL He's a good actor!
Say what, April? LOL
PK! Why do you say he's too short?
You know what they say about the place where everyone evens out! LOL Just kidding!
I used to watch The Flinstones when I was little :)
They just don't make shows and cartoons the way they used to :)
I do like Spongebob!
I loved Marcus Welby, Medical Center, Quincy, Columbo, Trapper John, and Hawaii Five-0.
Ahhh, yes, the old cartoons, they were awesome, how about Auggie Doggie, Quick Draw McGraw, Touche` Turtle, Lippy Lion, Mcgilla Gorilla, Huckleberry Hound. Yogi Bear, Bugs Bunny/Road Runner, Casper the friendly ghost. Oh my, I loved them all, I forgot the cartoon shows. Yes, I used to watch the Flintstones and Jetsons. I want them back, He He.
I can always watch MASH or Everyone Loves Raymond. On the oldies, my brothers and sisters lived for the Brady Bunch - we were a mixed marriage family and could never figure out why ours wasn't like theirs! Loved Magnum PI (Tom Selleck - so hot), Gilligan's Island and the Monkeys. Moonlighting was awesome and I heard they are going to do a movie - can't wait!
Little House on the Prairie
Everybody Loves Raymond
I dream of Jeannie
Laverine and Shirly
Saved by the Bell
I Love Lucy
and all the old cartoons like Popeye, bugs bunny, roadrunner, and coyete.
Laverne and Shirley! When I was in high school people used to call me and my best friend Laverne and Shirley because we were always together and always acted crazy! Besides my best friend looked a little like Laverne and I was, well, a brunette, lol. Ah, brings back memories!
House MD. I watch it when ever it's on and the TV is on. No matter how many times I've seen the episode! I adore that show!!
Although... I won't purposefully set out to re-watch old episodes. Only if they happen to be on television. I don't download old episodes or rent them from the video store or anything. Just if they are on television.
