Why does everything go wrong ?

Just when I start to get myself together again; everything goes wrong.
My depression is bad enough as it is - without someone stirring the s**t.  
I left a message on Facebook when I was angry & upset and now a 'friend' of mine has just sent me a bad text & had a go at me.
I have always been there for them and this is what they do to me.

This is the problem when you have texting it can happen, best to switch off your thoughts let it go, dont respond, what that saying least said soonest mended.....and didnt you say you left her the first messge on facebook ?You can have a dustup' with real friends, they will usualy let it go ..Good luck l

That is part of the reason I don't have a facebook page. I find they cause more problems than it is worth! I hope all changes for you soon. Just remember things will improve! Believe me I should know! I have had a run of bad luck myself here lately but things are starting to improve!
