Hi! I really like your poem.We all still have the child inside of us,though injured, hurt, and in pain, she's still there. We have to find her, build up her strength. At times we still need her to guide us,to play with our children and understand the way they look at things. When were grieving, like I am for my Mom that passed.I try to stay in touch with my inner child to help my son, even at 5 he's grieving over his Nana. Not only do I try to feel other's pain,I try to fix it,I can at times give good advice, but as far as taking care of myself without a kick in the *** from my Mom,I'm lost.I must find my inner chid and heal her,for she's the one that misses and needs her Mommy the most. The peom just brought some feelings I needed to get out! Thank You for that! God bless,Jen
WOW, you wrote this yourself??? You've got some talent, girl!! =D It really is awesome!
I also wondered who wrote it, I vote for publishing it, it is beautiful.
What a great poem!!! =D April's got that right-animals and children are the only true innocents!!
We did see the world like that !! We were all children once!!
This is so beautiful. Who's the author? I love it :)
WOW I love that. IT really makes you stop and think about the way our children view things.
Children and animals are the only things we have innocent left in this world. That's why it's so wonderful to look through the eyes of a child.
No wonder Jesus said the kingdom of heaven belong to the little children.
Oh, this is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a beautiful, true way to put it! I've thought about that myself this afternoon :) Thank you for posting this, it's great!!
