Non-Pathogenic Parasite???

Hi,

I was on my honeymoon and got very sick at the end of it (almost 3 weeks ago).  After taking stool samples, I was told it was not Giardia (what they first thought) but instead a non-pathogenic parasite from untreated water.  However, I have been SO SICK for 3 weeks.  Diarrhea, nausea, shills, dehydration, headache, loss of apetite, weight loss, smelly gas.  I was feeling like I was getting better but today I just had a turn for the worst.  I feel like I have a fever and can't eat anything.  What is wrong with me??
