Got my labs, can you help?

Got my labs, can you help?

I got my lab results. I have two questions,

my estimated GFR is >=60  Range is >=60, so does that mean my kidneys are functioning at 100%?

my BUN/Creat Ratio is 22  Range is undefined.  I read online that above 20 is abnormal, so what does that mean?

My Neph said everything looks great.  But just wondering about these two things. Thanks!

The GFR rating scared me as well, and is based on the bun/creatine ratio etc,
What was your creatine rate
and you bun?

I know my GFR rating got low and i was concerned though my doctors were not
however after having the procedure done by Dr. Wolf, my rate went up or improved 20pts.

I don't think they get concerned until it is low for several months etc.

it is only a concern if it stays low and a number of tests show a decline.  60-89 is chronic kidney disease stage 2 IF there are other symtpoms of same. stage 3 is 30-59 without or with symproms and is moderate CKD.
