Macrobid 100mg once a day

Bactrim 2x a day

Doxycycline 2x a day

11/2007-2/2008 Macrobid 100mg twice daily. Back pain and weakness improved until April 08
12/2008-present Bactrim once a day. Dramatic improvement within 2 days. Gradually increasing back pain and weakness (feeling sick) since late March, early April.
