is green tea good or bad

I have recently started drinking the Lipton green tea citrus I know that the black tea is bad for the stone formation but was wondering if the green tea would be any different. It is supposed to be good for you I hope it is....

Hi,

You may want to ask your Urologist, but the citric is probably good and the tea itself maybe not so good .. that's my 2 cents but not a dr. & also curious so pls if you find out let us all know :)

According to what I have read on low oxalate diets green tea and some herbal teas are ok. I have been drinking it too, some anyway, lemonade seems to be my main beverage these days! But as ChitChat said, prob should ask your doctor because I didn't ask mine I just saw it on the low oxalate list and bought some.
