Wow, I am new here and I also have MSK.
You know I use to have foul smelling urine and it was realy dark yellow.
I changed my diet and only drink water and fresh lemonad. Since I stopped drinking Pop, tea, coffee, chocolate drinks my urine is clear most of the time. I had a urine test and culture and both are neg. The doctor told me my urine is very diluted. Maybe that will help you out.
After a while of drinking water you get to were you don't crave other drinks and your skin will look better too. My Hair is softer too.
Try that. It only makes since to wash out all that stuff in the kidneys.
I am sure thats why all my urine tests are neg. my urine looks like water.
