56 and no menopause in sight?

I am nearly 56 and my oestradiol level is 81. My progesterone level is 0.5. I have had no periods for 6 months. I take no synthetic hormones.Can fribroids cause this? I still have my uterus, I have refused  hysterectomy on many occasions, thinking menopause was near.... I am scared about being high risk for breast cancer..

Also I have ferritin level only 20. I take thyroxin 100Mcg a day for goitre  and my FSH level is 0.2 - I am tired and have a lot of backache and leg ache, mood low, what do you think?? I am puzzled
