If you're experiencing numbness in your hands and legs, it's possible something more is going on.  It could be an anxiety/panic attack, but usually doctors recognize those fairly easily.  The headache isn't characteristic of an anxiety/panic attack, however.  I'd really seek a second opinion tomorrow and definitely go to the ER if it gets worse or persists.  This isn't something that the doctor should have dismissed so easily.
