Another question???

You answered a post question for me the other day about perimenopause.  You talked about tactile hallucinations, from what I read, its caused by mental disorders, epilepsy, and neurological diseases.  Is this true?  I'm scheduled to have a cervical MRi today, and very upset, I had a normal brain MRI in April of the year, would something have showed if it was from these hallucinations.  These to me don't seem like hallucinations, they are real, when I pull my clothing away from my skin it stops, some days its worse than others.  Being I suffer from migraines, my neuro told me that this could be something called "increased central sensitization".  I have been extrememly upset and stressed out about these sensations, to long, probably 6 years, anxiety meds do lessen them some, but don't take them away.  I worry now that I'm having seizures, how do they test for seizures?  Could you please explain why you think this is hallucinations?  Thank you very time and patiences!!!!! Could anxiety cause this?
