Body Odor after menopause

I am 20 years past menopause, and have had no problems. Suddenly about 6 months ago I began to small an almost constant odor. I could not say what it smelled like, didn't seem to be especially bad, just unusual. Sometimes it seems to be associated with the urine, but other times it just seems to be coming out my pores. I am drinking over 2 quarts of water daily, and have examined my diet for anything that I had started eating about 6 months ago. Yesterday it just dawned on me that what I was smelling was somewhat like the smell that used to be associated with my menstrual flow. Any idea what that might mean?
