Could this be premenopause?

I am 42 yrs old and I started about 2 months ago with strange symptoms like I was pregnant but it shouldn't be possible I had my tubes cut,tied and burned 19 years ago.  So I am thinking premenopausal.  I have been extremely tired, irregular menstrual cycles, I get nauseas at times, light headed and my breast have been really tender for a little over 2 months.  This morning I got up and my night shirt was damp in the front, thinking it was probably from possible night sweats.  As I was getting ready to shower I notice that the dampness wasn't from sweat but from my breast and when pressing on my breast I had leakage.   I have searched the internet for this and found no answers to this.  It this normal for premenopause or menopause?

I think it might be time for a checkup. Sounds like pregnancy signs to me, but since your tubes were tied, I would have a blood  test done to see if you are going through menepause.

I haven't been through Menopause yet even though I had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago, but I will say this I've never heard of a leakage during Menopause. The only time I remember having leaky breasts was soon after I had my kids. I would have this checked out ASAP if I were you.

My daughter  found out she was  preg even while taking the pill and him using a condomn-  I remember  when she just had  baby and her  tubes done- Dr told her  there is STILL  a  chacne of  getting preg--------- maybe   small but still a  chance
