Do you know what to expect fron menopause??

I was blindsided. No one warned me of this. I never saw it coming. At age 57, 4 years after I hit menopause, my entire figure changed for the worse. My weight did not change. It redistributed. I always had an hourglass figure. Now, I am a matronly blob. And I have never been pregnant. At this same weight, before menopause, I was 38"-28"-38." Suddenly, my shapely butt got deleted-- and in its place fell a flat drooping mass of deep wrinkled folds that hung down the backs of my thighs. All the fat that had previously filled out my butt had now repositioned to my waist, midriff, and belly-- giving me a 35 1/2" waist! At the same exact weight. Consider yourself warned.

My menstruation started at the age of 13 and I had experienced severe pain at that time. Then it died down gradually. Now I am 54 and I am experiencing severe pain like it used to be before and also the bleeding is very high. I sometimes feel hot flashes and it very hard to get over it. I tried many tablets but was of no use. Then my friend suggested me to get a menopausal device designed by Spark Innovations in Ontario. This helped me get over its severity.

I know what you mean! I chalk my figure changes up to a hysterectomy since the cutting of those pelvic / uterine ligaments destroys the pelvis' structure. Within 2 years, my rib cage had fallen, spine compressed, and my waist, flat abs, and the curve in my lower back disappeared. I abhor this blob of a figure and flat butt look! Ugh!!!
