Does seeing my period 5 to 7 times in a year means im almost at menopause?

I am 25 years, I started menstruating at the age of 15 and since then, I see my period 5 to 7 times in a year. And this particular year, It came twice and we are in June already its looking like I will see t 4 times this year. I never had sex so its not pregnancy.  So.... could this be because I m yet to have sex or is it a kind of sickness or I am almost at menopause?

It's unlikely you're heading into menopause. It's much more likely to be some sort of endocrine or metabolic disorder such as thyroid, pituitary or adrenal or something like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Another possibility is that you only have one ovary (I've heard of this happening) which can cause fewer periods. A visit to your doctor for a workup would be a good idea. Best of luck to you!
