Endometrial Thickening- I have a lot of pressure

Hope you can help me with this question I had a transvaginal ultrasound and it came back abnormal the threshold came back 20 I have thickening of the endometrial and I may have a polyp and I also have a cysts on my left ovarie as big as a dime!!

I HAD A LITTLE SPOTTING so they sent me for the test and it came back abnormal like I said it came back  threshold 20 I'm going to have a D&C but I would like to know that the pressure that I have is that normal I have a lot of pressure time to time !!

The pressure you feel could be due to the finding on ultrasound. Hopefully it will be a benign polyp. The D&C should take care of the problem and will diagnose it for sure. Sometimes doctors also do a hysteroscopy. That involves looking inside the uterus with a small thin telescope to see the polyp.

A dime sized cyst is not very large, only 10 millimeters. They often go away on their own. Ask your doctor to do a follow up ultrasound in a few months to be sure it goes away and is not getting bigger.
