Estrogen and prometrium and skin care

I just turned 60 and have been on esrtogen and prometrium for years and years. My dose is very low .  I think. (.05 estrogen and 100 prometrium daily).
I`m wondering what I can expect as I wean off these drugs.
Will I see more rapid signs of ageing than if I was on them?
How much of an impact do they make on your complexion?
My hair ? Will it thin out?
My weight? Estrogen make you gain, or lose? I am planning to get them but
I`m a little reluctant although the risk of breast cancer or worse is pretty scary.
I would like to know what to expect.
Thanks for any feedback.
