Extreme Perimenapausal ymptoms every other month

by JanRoig, Nov 01, 2009 10:51AM
I have not had my period since March however since then and every other month since (like clockwork)  I suffer from intensive hot flashes (all day) which leads to chillls, extreme  nauseousness, vomiting several times a day (not food cause I can't eat, but very sour bile), and extreme fatigue.  This month I even had cramps.   All symptoms have lasted  5 Days every time; almost replacing my period!   I also have a 2 1/2" cyst on my right ovary which dr. is keeping an eye on. I am not on any hormones.  Lost another 5 lbs; have lost total of 25 lbs since March. I'm finally feeling better after going thru all this this week but must find a solution before this happens again, which will be around the Holidays in December!   I would almost rather be dead than to go thru all this again, for the fifth time this year so I have 2 months now to get help.  Anyone??
