Help for all these symptoms?

Hi I am 48 and experiencing all the aforementioned - hair loss (for which I've been using Rogaine), crepy skin, wrinkles, dry skin, sagging everything, varicose and bulging veins, and basically the loss of my looks. And I am so tired. I take a host of supplements, and use a red laser about 3 times a week. I have had no exercise in the last few months though and alot of stress. I weigh 115 at 5'3. Any advice other than cry and add exercise back in as well as quit my profession lol?

Hi, have you had your hormones checked, your symptoms screams low estrogen. Most women have no idea how crucial is to know your levels, and also have a doctor that knows hormones well. While not everyone needs HRT, some can't use it, and some like me, really need it. Is not something that goes away or gets better on its own. I have premature ovarian failure, at my age(39) I can't survive without HRT.(bioidentical)

Ugh - I know all too well what you mean! I aged horrifically fast after an unwarranted hysterectomy. I lost most of my hair in a matter of months. And experienced all the skin aging you described plus loss of muscle mass.

How long have you been using Rogaine and are you noticing any regrowth?

We will survive and overcome...I hope!
