Ok so I really dont know who to ask.... cant talk to my doctor, I have no medical insurance anymore (stupid economy)  anyway im 51 years old and have not had a period in 2 years, I still have night sweats, but latley ive been having alot of anxiety and been feeling dizzy, well more like off balance.  10 to 15 times a day.  I have heard that menapause can bring on anxiety.  Anyone got any input on this?  Any info would be greatly appreciated

Well, interestingly, you are not in menopause anymore.  You are post menopausal.  Your body may just be trying to rebalance itself.  I recommend saving some money and trying a few visits to an acupuncturist.  You may be surprised and very pleased with the results.  Try to find one who does Traditional Chinese acupuncture and herbs.  It helped me feel normal again.  I have not even had night sweats in 5 months now, since my visit.  I only had three visits myself.

You may have a hard time with this alone.  You either have to save up for a doctor or for the alternative care.
