I am 44 yrs old and am trying to figure out if my issues are caused by stress or menopause. Irregular periods, short tempered, irritated. Sometimes I feel like I am going crazy.....I do have kids too!! :)) Right now I am over a week late and the last period lasted almost two weeks.

I am not sure. I think the fsh levels (I would have to google) will show your in meno. Do you have those numbers?
