First thing I would suggest is to get off those synthetic hormones and vitamins, your body does not recognize them, and they usually do more harm than good. Next, I would purchase a good, bio-identical progesterone cream, obtainable at any good health food store. Bio-identical means the same as your body makes and it is perfectly safe, not like the synthetic rubbish. You are no doubt estrogen dominant, and this can cause all the symptoms you wrote. I do not like synthetic hormones, they are dangerous and estrogen is one of the worse.

I would also get off the mood altering drugs and go on a good, food grade B vitamin, Standard Process labs is awesome, the ingredients are pure and made from organic food. They also sell a good formulae just for women who are going through menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms, they carry other supplements as well, I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be healthy. The one a day is nothing but chemicals and will not do you a bit of good. No wonder you are bruising and do not feel right, your poor system is not getting the supplements and nutrition it needs, and right now, you need the best you can get.

As to the HDL dropping, that is common with estrogen, again, the natural progesterone will help normalize the blood fats.

Don't be scared, just try to make these necessary changes, walk daily, drink pure water and cut out all sugars and try to eat organic foods when available. Most of our food has fake hormones in it, thus causing even more hormonal imbalance, it amazes me how we manage to stay as healthy as we are.
