Hot Flushes

I am a 67 year old woman and started having hot flushes in my forties in the last 12 months they have become increasingly worse. I have disturbed nights sleep and wake up wet through with my insides like jelly and feeling very sick. I feel shaky this also happens several times a day. My doctor does not seem interested is there anything I can take?

Hi peggs11,

I hope this doesn't sound too drastic, but if your current doctor is not
helping you or is not interested in your current menopausal symptoms,
find a new doctor who can help you. Good luck . Eve

You could try some wild yam cream.  Get it at a health-food store or supplement outlet.
