I am floored!!!! 35 told I was POST menopausal

I am in shock.  Here is my situation.  I am 2 years post partum (with a lovely girl).  I had severe depression after she was born, rashes and started sweating.  I was put on LYBREL which stops your period.  To make a long story short my symptoms kept worsening.  Today I am told my blood test revealed that my estrodiol levels are low and I am in the post menopause range.  How am I so sure LYBREL did not throw me into that mode?  I just cannot believe this.  I was uncertain about this new pill and I am not convinced it has not messed with my hormones.  Any comments??
I am going to repeat my blood test however my doc is so sure there is no need to.

Ummmm...I'm shocked to hear that as well!  What symptoms did you have?  Btw, Ameera's such a cutie!!  How are her tantrums?

Wow!  35 and POST menopausal!  Here I have been getting told 34 is too young for perimenopausal!!  I have no idea about that med you were taking but I would tend to be suspicious as well.   I would think that anything that affects our hormones could alter our bodies too.  Are you still taking this pill? Your doctor must have been stunned.......

Well, the @#$!! idot nurse after my third demanding they fax me my test results said she was sooo sorry she misinterpreted the results.  I am NOT going through menopause and hope not for a while.  It is Lybrel which is throwing me off.  Thank GOD!
