Induced Menopause?

Hi there, I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum, but I'd rather try this than nothing!
I am a 25 year old female who has been on Kariva birth control for about 1.5 yrs. Three weeks ago I took Lexapro for a few days and stopped because I was getting bad side effects - hot flashes, insomnia, increased panic, etc. Ever since then, I have been unable to get a full night's sleep and I am getting these weird "rushes" of energy/adrenaline that cause my heart to speed up. Also, I got my period (in the middle of my cycle) for about 2 weeks after I stopped Lexapro. My next regular cycle after that was abnormally short. It usually happens at night and can last for several hours, until my body is so exhausted that it just falls asleep. Any thoughts on this? Can Lexapro spike hormones? I just want to be able to sleep again!

I just wanted to add that I do have issues with anxiety/panic attacks, but these rushes are not accompanied by waves of panic. When they don't stop, that's when I start to freak out. I'm also sweating a bit when I get one, in addition to being lightheaded.
