Interpretting FSH/LH test results

I am 41 and just had FSH/LH blood work done. How do I interpert this information.  Both my mother and grandmother began perimenopause early.  Trying to determine if I am there too. I was day 3 on my menstrual cylce when I tested. Here is what my lab findings say:
FSH 11.8  Follicular Phase 2.5-10.2  Mid-Cycle Phase 3.1-17.7  Luteal Phase  1.5-9.1 Post menopausal 23.0-116.3
LH  5.7 Follicular Phase 1.9-12.5  Mid-Cycle Phase 8.7-76.3  Luteal Phase 0.5-16.9  Post Menopausal 5.0-52.3

Can anyone tell me what all this means?  Help?
