Low estrogen - any solution other than drugs?

I was just put on Premarin vaginal cream due to atrophic vaginitis.  At least that's what the Dr. thinks I have.  For two months she's told me I have Bacterial Vaginosis despite the fact that I have no symptoms of this.  But she tells me that the tests she's done come back positive for BV.  I have read that 40% of women have it and have no symptoms.  So I guess I could be one of those women.  So, after two months of creams and ointments and pills, I still am having symptoms (burning area on vulva right outside the vagina and urethra fluttering and a feeling of being swollen) so the Dr. put me on Premarin which is an estrogen cream.  My question is if there are any natural or nutritional ways to up my estrogen levels so I don't have to stay on this cream the rest of my life.  I googled "foods for low estrogen" and it came up with a long list.  But I eat a lot of these already, so I'm not sure how much more I can get into my diet.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
