Menopausal Body Odor

I am 20 years past menopause, and had no problems with it. Now suddenly about 6 months ago, I began to notice a strange odor that I could not seem to identify. Sometimes it seems to be associated with urine, but more often just surrounding me. My doctor has taken urine specimens, blood tests, and an MRI of my head. It goes away occasionally, but comes back. Now it seems to be getting stronger, and yesterday it seemed that I could identify it as being similar to the smell I used to have with my menstrual flow. Any ideas what this could mean?
