Menopause or something else.

Around February last year i started my period as usual, well i guess not as usual because i have always been irregular, but i started and it was ok for a couple of days but then got heavier and heavier.  I got to the point where i had to change my pad once every hour if not more.  I ended up needing to go to the hospital and recieved a blood transfusion.  When i still didn't stop, they did a D &C.  I stopped for 2 days but then started again but not as heavy, that was with the depo shot.  After my D & C i was on it for 3 more months.  They finally but me on a regular birth control pills in july and i stopped for the whole month.  Then when it was time for my period, i had one as usual.  It lasted 3 days.  and i haven't had one since. So from August to January- no period.  Any explinations.  I have had so many tests and they all tell me that there is nothing wrong.  But there has to be...............right?????????
