Menopause

I was reading some women feel electric shocks while going through menopause. I ferl this in my feet. I also get a funny feeling in my head then get a dull headache and feel nauseous.  Then i feel hot then cold. Was wondering if this could be an elrctric shock also from menopause. Does anyone else get this
