One blood test cannot tell if you are in menopause, just that your ovaries are no longer working at the reproductive level and that menopause is nearing. Menopause before age 40 is called 'premature menopause'. The definition of menopause is one year after your last period. So you might have periods again before menopause finally occurs.
You are correct that having a baby now is less likely. If that is something you want to happen, make an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist now and see if there is anything you can do. Sooner is better than later for that option.
