My body feels tired

My body feels tired

I am 50 now but started getting symtoms (symptoms) of aching legs when i turned 46. The symptoms would pass but now they are there all the time.
I notice it more when i go for walks my legs just do not want to walk i also get very hot and red. I am struggling with my weight.
I was diagnosed with hypothroidism the under-active type in 2005.

Have you had any tests to see whether or not you have peripheral vascular disease or P.V.D.?  My grandmother had this.  It can be hereditary and show up as early as teenage years.  I don't know that she had trouble as a younger person, but as she got older, it would hurt her feet, etc. to take a walk.  Do you have cholesterol issues? I don't say this is what you have, just might be something you want rule out.  Also, for the thyroid, have you ever considered trying a Chinese acupuncturist/herbalist?

You can use both western and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM); I have for 30 years. Seems important to rule out PVD or or any clotting problems. I would stop walking and try something less stressful for exercise. For herbalist and TCM, google reputable practioners or use your network. At 51, I have had good health (and lost 50 lbs.). My practioner has treated me from everything from stress, post-cancer surgery to arthritis. Good luck!
