Natural Hormone replacement

Hi, I stopped taking my hormones one year ago.  It took about 6 months before I was able to sleep through the night but now I am doing great and will have maybe 1 hotflash per day if even that.  My question is this.  I am taking Extra Strength Estroven an over the counter product.  It does contain some vitamins and I am wondering if I can also take a multi-vitamin in addition to this?

If you're taking the Estroven Plus Multi-Vitamin product, it includes "a complete multi-vitamin for women." Why do you want to take another multi-vitamin in addition to this? I'm not a medical expert so I won't comment on whether or not is safe to take extra vitamins, but common sense says that if you're taking a multi-vitamin already, and getting the RDA, it's probably not a good idea to take more.
