Thank you for the comment. I will check with my doctor about gastritis.
I noticed I get nauseous whenever my heart feels like it's skipping a beat.
I went to the ER this year and was diagnosed with having premature atrial contractions.

I was very nauseous for a few months up to the 12month mark of menopause so I think the hormonal fluctuations and imbalance can just like with pregnancy it can but not a dr.so not exactly sure.

Hi,
Nausea is not a feature of pre-menopause as such. But it can be because of gastritis or hyper-acidity leading to gas and bloating. Dietary modification, having small frequent meals, avoiding spicy and oily foods will help. Medicines in the form of antacids will help tackle the problem.
The answer is based on information provided. Exact advice is not possible without a proper examination and investigations. You are requested to consult your Doctor. Take care and keep us posted.
