New and going through the change

Hi all can anyone relate to these symptoms I wake up mildly hot and then I get clammy in my hands and feet etc I then get cold chills after the hotness wears off. My question is does anyone else going through the change mildly stay clammy whether your hot or cold? I have no fever labs was normal. Just can't seem to find anyone who can relate and my health anxiety is on overdrive over this.before this issue I was having some bad hot flashes that seemed to stop to develop this

Kinda like that but when I wake up in the mornings is when the heat comes over me then I get up go outside to cool down, my hands and feet is so clammy. Then I start getting cold and seems like I'm cold all day and clammy hands and feet. Take showers to warm up just for it to repeat itself over all day long. Is there any natural things that can help with this I can't take hrt and I'm allergic to birth control. My cycles is so unpredictable lately don't know when their coming anymore that's when all this started.

This might not be the same exact thing you go thru but this is what I have been doing at night what seems like forever now:
I try to go to sleep and it takes forever because hot flashes keep me up. Then when I do finally go to sleep, I wake up at least 5 times each night. Darned night sweats! I wake up sweating and to hot. I throw any covers off, turn on fans, open windows and so on. Then I finally cool off, but the fact that I just perspirated like there is no tomorrow, makes me cold as my sweat cools down. So I get cold, snuggle into my blankets just to throw them off 1 minute later because I am burning up. Vicious cycle!
