Please read

I am 38 years old. I had my tubes tied 15 years ago.. just tied not clipped or burned. My Period Cycles run 23 days like clock work they may be off by a day or two but I can count on them. December 6 I had my period and it was right on time and normal it lasted 4 days then went away as usual. the next day I started spotting dry blood this went on for 4 or 5 days. I should have started  on the 29th all I got was sore Breast.. yesterday I started experiencing a dull  ache in my lower back.. my next period should have started today and I dont feel like I am going to start anytime soon...can anyone give me thier advice...I am going crazy with worry......

Dont know my problem is I had my tubes  cut and tied in 2001, in Feb 2007 I didn't get my period for 9 months I finally went to the doctor she said nothing was wrong and gave me pills to bring it on which it did. I had my period for Dec, Jan and in Feb 08 in March it never came I did 2 pregnancy test one at 5 days late and the other at 8 days late both negative. I have all signs of being pregnant except sore breast but I didnt have that with my two children. My lower back has been hurting along with lower dull pain on my right side. am I pregnant? am I pregnant in the tube or something else? Going crazy. I havent taken a test since what they say if I was pregnant I would be almost 5 weeks. someone please help me
